Martlets Hospice is a local well respected hospice which relies heavily on fundraising. We were appointed to come up with a campaign concept to amalgamate their fundraising promotion of 2 major events – The Brighton Marathon and a Midnight Bike Ride.

We devised a concept that looked at the campaign from a 24 hour aspect – whether it’s night or day – you can get involved. The poster campaign was able to be dual purpose and be pushed out through local press to entice people to participate in the events whether running or cycling was their thing.

The campaign idea was also a very cost effective way of reaching out to prospective fundraisers and participants. As both events were linked heavily with Brighton the colour palate and horizon element accentuated the seaside aspect and cemented the local sentiment.

Posters and a series of ad sizes were created for the campaign which resulted in the charity successfully filling their places and raising valuable funds for the hospice.
