Door 22’s strategic approach to design brought the different elements of our campaign together perfectly. The result has been a powerful ‘Great Choices Make Heroes’ identity for our campaign website, promotional materials and advertising that has successfully grabbed the attention of key campaign audiences – from high-street shoppers, to TV newsrooms and primary school children and their teachers.

Addressing pressures in A&E is not an easy problem to solve but together with NHS Brighton & Hove CCG we delivered a strategic campaign that empowered everyone into being aware that they can be a hero through their choice of access to care.

The campaign was rolled out on a series of posters, flyers, banner stands, a video campaign ‘heroed’ by Zoe Ball and a signposting website. The A&E campaign was distributed through GP practices, inside taxi’s, shopping centres, hospitals, clinics and schools. We produced the campaign using ‘real’ local heroes – who kindly volunteered to posture with our photography team.
